出発：いざ、ルワンダへ！

今日（2015/7/24）はＣＳＣ出発の日。朝6時前に家を出て成田へ。
まずはトルコ、イスタンブールまでのフライト。約12時間40分。。

イスタンブールでの乗り換えは1時間もなく大急ぎ。飛行機を階段で降りて、バスに乗って空港に移動してトランジットへ向かう。セキュリティチェックをして、バスに乗って、また飛行機に階段で乗る、と。よく間に合ったなと思う。搭乗の最中に、RodとAngelaと遭遇。日本から移動してきたNorikoと共に、握手を交わす。

そして乗ることさらに6時間半。。。家から計算すると約26時間を経て、遂にキガリに着きました。

遂にルワンダの地へ足を踏み出す

空港では現地DOT（ルワンダのＮＧＯ組織の一つ）のCSCプログラム担当のSamuelが遅い時間にもかかわらず、待っていてくれて、車で15分程度の宿泊先まで送ってくれました。

 

今回のＣＳＣの活動の仲間は7カ国、12名。明日の午前中までには全員揃う予定です。

こうして、僕は人生で初めてアフリカ大陸に足を踏み入れました！

 

Finally, I left Japan for Rwanda to join IBM CSC program. First, I took a flight for Istanbul for around 12 and half hour...
And there is no enough time for transit, so after arriving at Istanbul airport, I rushed to the next flight for Kigali, Rwanda. While I was waiting for boarding at the flight, I could met Rod from Costa Rica, and Angela from France. Noriko from Japan and I shook hands with them. After 6 and half hours flight, we finally arrived at Kigali international airport. Even if it is midnight in Rwanda, Samuel, who is a representative for IBM CSC program from DOT, was waiting for us. We could reach to the hotel in 15 minutes drive safely.
CSC Rwanda1 team consists of 12 members from 7 countries, I think all members will be here by tomorrow morning.
I was very excited because this is the first time for me to step into the African Continent. :)
