7/26はキックオフに向けたオリエンテーションを実施しました。何よりも嬉しかったのは、この日の朝ついに、Adrian(IBM Irland)とDoug(IBM US)が登場し、12名全員が集合できたことです。
オリエンテーションにはDOTからSamuel, Violette, Muriuki,Wilsonが出席し、またIBMからもNigel Noble ( Chief Operating Officer, IBM East Africa)が出席しました。

午後は、サブチームごとに分かれて、キックオフ及び、クライアントセッションに向けた資料の準備をしました。

 

なお、この日初めてルワンダフランに換金をしました。

１００ＵＳＤが７６０００ＲＷＦになりました。

This morning, we had an orientation meeting for tomorrow's CSC kickoff meeting. Finally, Adrian(IBM Irland) and Doug(IBM US) joined so all 12 members got together. From DOT, Samuel, Violette, Muriuki,Wilson attended this meeting , and from IBM , Nigel Noble ( Chief Operating Officer, IBM East Africa) attended also.

 

In the afternoon, we work separately for sub team, and prepared for document for kickoff.

 

By the way, we exchanged money from USD to RWF for the first time.

100USD turned to 76000RWF. :)
