チームビルディング

朝食はホテルのレストランで。このホテル自体が丘のような高いところにあるため、見晴らしのよいオープンテラスがありました。朝食をとりに行くと、DOTのSamuel、CSCメンバーのKiran( India)に会いました。その後もErica (US)、Rodrigo(Brazil)と初対面することができました。

朝食後にホテルの周りをみなで軽く散歩しました。

夕方、ホテルに今回の活動のクライアントとなる方2名に来ていただき、簡単にＩＢＭのＣＳＣの活動主旨の振り返りと、今回の1ヶ月に対するお客様の期待についてお話いただきました。

夕食はDOTのみなさんの案内で、地元のレストランへ。グリーンバナナ（写真左上の春巻きのようにみえるもの）はジャガイモの味がする料理でとてもおいしかったです。

このようにチームビルディングを進めた1日でしたが、まだ12名全員揃っておりません。明日には全員で会えると信じています。

We had a breakfast at open terrace at the restaurant in our hotel. There is a great view because the hotel is located at the higher place in Kigali. I could meet Samuel(DOT), Kiran(IBM India), Erica (IBM US), and Rodrigo(IBM Brazil).

After the breakfast, team walked around near the hotel.

At the evening, 2 clients visited to our hotel and we had a quick meeting with them to have high level discussion of IBM CSC activity and client expectations.

DOT took us to the nice local restaurant. We enjoyed local food like green bananas.

I think today is good for team building, however we are still waitinig for 2 guys. I hope all of us can get together by tomorrow morning. :)
